RESALE DISCLOSURE PACKAGE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have a sales agreement, the seller or agent will need to place an order online for a “Standard” or “Rush” Resale Disclosure Package” at https://cmamgt.condocerts.com.
The homeowner portal login will not work with this program.
Before you begin placing the order, you will need the following information:
- Buyer’s name, email address, phone number
- Settlement Company’s name, contact, email address, phone number.
Also, we recommend that you include the Buyer or Buyer’s Agent and the Settlement Company on the email delivery of this Resale order.
At the end of the order, you will be asked to submit a credit card payment. Please note this payment will include a 3% processing fee on the total amount of the order. A “Standard” order allows the Management Company up to 7 business days to process an order and a “Rush” allows up to 3 business days for an additional cost of $40.

LENDER QUESTIONNAIRE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
A Structural Safety and Soundness Lender Package can be ordered online at https://cmamgt.condocerts.com.
If you have never used the CondoCerts program, you will first need to “Register” and create a username and password before you can “Sign In” to place an order.
A “Standard” order allows the Management Company to complete the order in 7 business days.
A “Rush” order allows the Management Company to complete the order in 3 business days. An additional cost of $55 will be added to the order.
If a Custom Questionnaire is required, there will be an additional cost of $60. A few extra days will be required to complete the Custom Questionnaire.
At the end of the order, you will be asked to submit a credit card payment. Please note all orders are subject to a 3% processing fee.
